Some of us have never conquered our tendency toward lust. On the contrary, it has conquered us. Lust, the jailer, binds and blinds and grinds. No one is immune to temptation. You're not, I'm not. Lust is no respecter of persons. Whether by savage assault or subtle suggestion, the minds of a wide range of people are vulnerable to its attack. Its alluring voice can Infiltrate the most intelligent mind and cause its victim to believe its lies and respond to its appeal. How do you handle such an aggressive intruder? How do you overcome temptation?

Problem: our mind is a battleground. We want to please the Lord, we want to think on things that are good, we want to have the fruit of the Spirit, but we are in a difficult spiritual battle. No matter how hard we try, some of us don’t think we are going to be able to make it. We have good news for you today. There is hope. God would never ask us to do anything he didn’t give us the power to accomplish. I can do all things – THROUGH CHRIST – who strengthens me.
