7 The Ethics of Abortion

Today we are facing the ethical question of Abortion. We’ll try to answer some of the following questions: Should abortion be legal? Should it be widely available for anyone who wants it? Or, should it be limited to only certain “hardship” cases? Does it matter how far along a mother is: first second or third trimester? Is a fetus a human being? If it is not, when does it become one? If it is, is it a human from the moment of conception or some other time? Is it right or is it wrong to get an abortion?
